Rotary Medal of Honor Program for Firefighters, Police Officers and EMT's

Joseph Wutkowski, a Past President of the Rotary Club of Carteret and 30-year member, will share the story of the Carteret Rotary Police Officer of the Year, EMT of the Year and Police Officer of the Year awards.  A Medal of Honor for local Rotary Clubs and Districts to make the award in their own communities has been designed and approved by Rotary International.
