Spreading Awareness, Inspiring Action

On October 2nd, we had the honor of welcoming Katy Lido, Development Director of the Greater New Jersey Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Katy shared powerful and eye-opening insights from the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s to the key questions you should ask your doctor.

Did you know? Many individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s may have been living with it for up to 20 years before symptoms become clear. That’s why early awareness and education are critical.

If you or a loved one has questions or need support, the Alzheimer's Association provides a service for support. Reach out to the 24/7 Helpline: 1-800-272-3900, or visit alz.org/alzheimers-dementia/10_signs.

Together, we can raise awareness, support families, and fight Alzheimer’s disease — one conversation, one step, and one act of compassion at a time.
